A note from our Founder and Executive DIrector - Tresha Cowell.
Throughout my personal journey, I have witnessed the transformative power of diverse experiences. With a strong educational foundation and over 20 years of experience in the banking industry, I understand the importance of equipping young individuals with the tools and resources they need to succeed.
Inspired by my own path and driven by the success of my sons, who serve as constant inspiration, I am dedicated to extending my influence beyond the confines of my home. Together, we will empower our young generation to dream big and soar high.

We are here to equip young individuals with the tools they need to pursue their dreams with unwavering determination. Through mentorship, tailored development programmes, and meaningful connections, we help individuals grow with confidence, purpose, and vision for the future.

Why was the IHC created ?
Inspired Horizons Collective was founded by Tresha Cowell, whose journey began while raising her two sons and seeking meaningful programs to enrich their growth.
As she explored a wide range of opportunities, Tresha naturally became a trusted resource for families looking for programs that aligned with their children’s interests and strengths.
Seeing firsthand the impact that access, exposure, and mentorship had on the young people around her and recognizing how many families struggled to find the right opportunities, Tresha created Inspired Horizons Collective.
IHC was built to expand access to opportunity, connecting young people with tailored programs, mentors, resources, scholarships, and grants that help them discover their strengths and pursue their goals with confidence.
What makes us different ?
At Inspired Horizons Collective, we don’t just provide programs. We walk with young people and their families. Our approach is personal, hands on, and built around each youth’s goals. We create a supportive ecosystem of mentors, families, and partners so young people are surrounded by consistent guidance and opportunity.
What makes us different is that our youth see us, the adults, modeling the habits, mindset, and leadership we want them to develop. At IHC, no one navigates their journey alone. They have a community walking beside them, opening doors and cheering them on.
